Here's How 'DWTS' Handled Cody Rigsby's Week 2 Dance Without Having Him in Studio

It was an unusual week for Cody Rigsby on Dancing With the Stars.

The 34-year-old Peloton instructor’s pro partner Cheryl Burke tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday (September 26) and she was unable to perform alongside him during the live show on Monday.

Cody was also not allowed to be in the studio because of his close contact to Cheryl throughout the last week.

The producers decided to show video that Cody and Cheryl recorded in the rehearsal studio last week and the judges gave their scores based on that video.

Cody and Cheryl performed a Salsa to the song “Don’t Go Yet” by Camila Cabello and they earned 24 out of 40 points. If they had time to rehearse more, they probably would’ve done a lot better!
