Casey Affleck & Girlfriend Caylee Cowan Have Been Spotted Several Times This Past Week!

The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actor was seen holding hands with Caylee, 23, while leaving dinner at Craig’s restaurant on Tuesday night (March 1) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Casey wore a black sweater and jeans while Caylee was dressed in a red dress with a jean jacket.

This past Saturday, Casey and Caylee were spotted getting a sushi dinner at Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills. He was seen in a blue sweatshirt that evening.
