On Monday night (March 14), the 42-year-old actor and director made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he took part in a hilarious sketch, teaching parents how to get the songs from Encanto out of their heads after their kids make them watch the movie over and over again.

Encantix works by popping one pill into each ear and “take a break from the sonic delights of national treasure Lin-Manuel Miranda.”

If you didn’t know, Lin-Manuel wrote the songs for Encanto. He earned an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song for the song “Dos Oruguitas.”
