Ezra Miller Corrects Police for Using Wrong Pronouns During Arrest

When a law official calls Ezra “sir” in the footage, they respond: “I’m sorry, I’m not a sir. I’m transgender nonbinary. Please don’t call me a sir.”

The officer said “I was just trying to be respectful,” to which Ezra replied: “If you fail to do that again, it is an act of intentional bigotry and it is a technical hate crime according to U.S. Federal law.”

“Please call me ‘they/them/theirs,’ you can use the term ‘Mx.’…if you prefer,” they added.

The Hawaii Police Department confirmed Ezra was arrested in early March 28 and charged for disorderly conduct and harassment over incidents at a karaoke bar in Hawaii.

Another new video from Ezra Miller‘s March 2022 arrest has been released to the public and it shows the actor getting aggressive with cops. Three weeks after this incident, Ezra was arrested again in Hawaii.
