Austin Butler Teaches Jimmy Fallon To Dance Like Elvis On 'Tonight Show'

Austin Butler is showing off his best Elvis Presley moves and teaching them to Jimmy Fallon.

The 30-year-old actor made an appearance on The Tonight Show on Wednesday to promote the new Elvis movie, and opened up about playing the iconic rocker.

“I call this the side one,” Austin told Jimmy as he taught him some of the moves that fans will see in the movie, which debuts in theaters on June 24.

He then told Jimmy that he needed to move one arm “like a windmill” while leaving the other down “like holding a cane.”

After the dance lesson, Austin explained how the choreography for the movie wasn’t like others.

“Elvis … didn’t do choreography in the way that Michael [Jackson] did,” he said. “It was all the music moving him.”

Austin added, “Obviously there are signature things that he did that you have to be specific about, but it was all about the way that the music moved him.”

Earlier this week, Austin opened up about the pressure of playing the King of Rock ‘n Roll.
