In the notice of settlement that was filed with the court on Monday (July 11), Johnny has settled the claims from location manager Greg “Rocky” Brooks; and he is required to follow through with unspecified terms of the settlement by the end of August.

“The settlement agreement conditions dismissal of this matter on the satisfactory completion of specified terms that are not to be performed within 45 days of the date of the settlement,” the filing reads. “A request for dismissal will be filed no later than 1/5/2023.”

If the terms are not completed, the cast will be reopened.

According to the original claims that were filed in 2018, location manager Greg “Rocky” Brooks said that the film’s director forced him to inform Johnny that an upcoming shot would have to be the day’s last.

Johnny proceeded to scream obscenities at him before punching him twice in the ribs and offering him $100,000 to punch back.

The lawsuit also claims that the crewmember was fired when he refused to sign papers saying he wouldn’t sue over the incident.
