Robin Williams' Son Zak Pays Tribute to Late Actor on His Birthday: 'Love You Always'

Zak Williams is paying tribute to his father Robin Williams.

The late actor’s 39-year-old son posted a throwback photo to Instagram on Thursday (July 21), which would have been Robin‘s 71st birthday. The picture shows Robin wearing a cycling jersey and helmet as he holds a yellow bike in front of a garage door.

“Happy 71st Birthday Dad!” Zak wrote in the caption. “I’ll be remembering you today as you would want to be remembered, in spandex.”

Robin died by suicide in 2014 at the age of 63 amid a battle with Lewy Body Dementia, a type of brain disease that affected his thinking, memory and movement control.
