Ashley Greene Is Reconnecting With 'Twilight' Co-Stars Amid Her Pregnancy

Ashley Greene is gearing up for the birth of her first child, and has opened up in a new interview with InStyle magazine.

The 35-year-old actress also looked back on the movie that made her a household name, Twilight.

Here’s what Ashley had to share:

On resurgence of Twilight: “I have reconnected with a lot of fans and had a lot of really meaningful conversations with them because Twilight acted as this escape for them during the pandemic when they were going through a lot of really heavy things. That’s really special.”

On Alice’s bond with Bella: “[Alice] is such a representation of coloring outside the lines and not living within a specific box and truly being her authentic self, and, of course, I can see the kind of intimate relationship that she has with Bella and where that connection was formed. I will take that title any day.”

On her pregnancy: “Being pregnant allows you to connect with people in a very different way. [Nikki Reed, one of her Twilight co-stars] and I align on a lot of things, so that has been a really nice kind of re-development of a relationship. …We have this kind of family bond. I could not see this person for five years, and then talk to them, and it’s like you pick up right where you left off.”

Ashley and husband Paul Khoury announced that they were expecting in March, and over the past few weeks, she’s been showing off her baby bump while running errands in Los Angeles.
