Drake is $2 million poorer after losing a bet on a UFC fight.

The 36-year-old “God’s Plan” rapper placed a $2 million bet on the UFC fight that had Israel Adesanya facing off against Alex Pereira for the UFC middleweight title on Saturday night (November 12). He put his money on Israel, the favorite, taking down Alex.

However, that was not the case, and Alex emerged victorious.

According to Fox Business, Drake could have won $2.9 million had the fight gone his way. Instead, the fight ended in the fifth round with a technical knockout.

The loss did end up costing Drake. But considering his impressive estimated net worth in 2021, it’s fair to say that he won’t be hurting too badly.
