Jury Unable To Declare Verdict On Danny Masterson Rape Trial; Will Reconvene After Thanksgiving

Danny Masterson will have to wait for the verdict on his rape trial, which has spanned over the past month in Los Angeles.

According to reports, the jury has come back to court and the judge, revealing that they have not been able to reach a unanimous verdict.

The jury has been in deliberations for the past three days and have revealed to Judge Charlaine Olemdo that they are deadlocked on all three counts and cannot reach an unanimous verdict.

After this, the Judge has said that three days is not enough to declare a mistrial, and instead, has sent the jurors home for Thanksgiving. Judge Olemdo gave the panel instructions to return on November 28 to start their deliberations again.

Danny is facing up to 45 years in state prison if found guilty on all three counts of forcible rape.

It was revealed that this celebrity, who was set to testify, was pulled from the witness list.

He was arrested in June 2020, on the counts which allegedly occurred in 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home. Danny is currently out on $3.3 million bail.
