Showtime Drops First Teaser Trailer for 'Yellowjackets' Season Two - Watch Now!

Get ready for the return of Yellowjackets!

On Friday (January 13), Showtime released the first teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated second season of the hit series starring Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis, and Tawny Cypress.

“Allow yourself to go back, no matter how difficult it gets,” the trailer begins, as scenes of a snow-covered plane crash flash across the screen. “What do you see?”

Equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story and coming-of-age drama, Yellowjackets is the saga of a team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.

Season two will dive deeper into what really happened to the soccer team while they were stranded for those 19 months.

The first episode of Yellowjackets season two will be available to stream on Friday, March 24, before its official Showtime premiere on Sunday, March 26 at 9pm ET.
