Britney Spears Makes a Rare Comment About Her Ex-Boyfriend Justin Timberlake on Instagram

Britney Spears is reflecting on a romance from the past.

The 41-year-old Glory pop icon shared a throwback photo of herself and her ex, Justin Timberlake, on her social media on Tuesday (January 17).

The couple dated from 1999 to 2002, and appear in matching basketball uniforms.

“When we used to shoot hoops TOGETHER … that’s when miracles happened!!!” she wrote in the since-deleted post.

“I came out of my mom’s stomach just like we all did!!! Psss … why always cast me out ??? I’m equal as all!!!” she added.

The brief, rare mention of her ex comes after he issued an apology to Britney following the release of the documentary Framing Britney Spears in 2021 for the way he handled their breakup at the time.

A superstar just confirmed she was supposed to be part of the Britney-Madonna kiss.
