Chase Stokes Breaks His Silence On His Relationship With Kelsea Ballerini

Chase Stokes has now spoken out about where he stands with country star Kelsea Ballerini.

The 30-year-old actor had dated Madelyn Cline for more than a year before they announced their split in November 2021.

Kelsea was married to Morgan Evans from 2017 to 2022.

Chase says he and Kelsea “have just been spending some time together.”

“Kelsea is a lovely, lovely girl. She’s great. We’re having a good time,” he told People.

“I think one thing for me is this journey has not been a quick and easy one,” Chase said of needing to stay grounded. “I’ve been out in LA for a long time and I’ve been through a lot of trials and tribulations. Even prior to jumping into this industry, life was never really handed to me on a silver platter. So I know that it can all be taken away in the blink of an eye.”

“I try to walk through life with that mentality and make sure that everything that I do, I do it to the best of my ability and hopefully it resonates with the world,” Chase said.

Chase stars in the third season of Outer Banks which premieres on February 23 on Netflix.

Kelsea was recently nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for her song, “Heartfirst”.
