Amanda Bynes Released From Mental Health Facility After 3 Week Stay

Amanda Bynes is now out of the mental health facility.

The 37-year-old former actress was released over three weeks after first being admitted for treatment, according to a new report.

Amanda was released Monday (April 10) from the facility in Southern California after both Amanda and the medical staff “determined she was ready to get back to her day-to-day life,” via TMZ.

She will start outpatient treatment, working with doctors and specialists for the help she needs moving forward.

Sources tell the outlet that Amanda will live in her own home, as she was before being hospitalized. There is no talk of reinstating her conservatorship.

Amanda was first admitted in March after reportedly recognizing she was having a psychotic episode and calling 911 on herself.
