'Sonic The Hedgehog' Spinoff Series 'Knuckles' Announces Full Cast Just As Production Kicks Off

As promised, the Knuckles spinoff series is officially a go at Paramount+ and the cast list was just revealed!

Announced last year, the series is currently in production and will take place in between Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (out and streaming now), and the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog 3, which will hit theaters in December 2024.

Paramount+ revealed that the live-action series will follow Knuckles on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior.

Idris Elba will return as the voice of Knuckles, with Adam Pally reprising his role as Wade Whipple.

Edi Patterson, Julian Barratt, Scott Mescudi (aka Kid Cudi), Ellie Taylor, Rory McCann and Tika Sumpter all in a recurring or guest starring role.

Production on the series has already started in London. A release date has yet to be announced, so stay tuned!
