Jimmie Allen Sued for Sexual Assault by Second Woman, Who Claims He Secretly Recorded Her

Jimmie Allen is being sued for sexual assault by a second woman.

The 37-year-old country singer was previously sued for assault and sexual abuse by his former manager, weeks after his pregnant wife Alexis Gale filed for divorce after almost three years of marriage.

The second woman, who is being referred to as “Jane Doe 2,” filed a lawsuit in Tennessee federal court on Friday (June 9). She claims she met Jimmie on an airplane in May 2022 and that she didn’t know who he was at the time.

After connecting on the airplane, Jimmie met up with the woman and her friends for a “fun evening on the town” in Nashville and they continued to chat daily over text and FaceTime. The woman says Jimmie told her that he was already separated from his wife.

Jimmie allegedly met up with the woman again in Las Vegas, where she says she felt comfortable going to his hotel room because she thought she had her own room too. She says she “willingly joined Allen in the bedroom,” but told him he needed to use a condom because she was not on birth control. She also says she never consented to being recorded.

The lawsuit claims, via People, “He told her he would respect her request. Yet, as their encounter progressed, Allen penetrated Plaintiff during sex with his penis and without a condom. Allen told Plaintiff he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no….He refused.”

Jane Doe 2 says she repeatedly told Allen to stop, but he didn’t. After he fell asleep, she got up to leave and noticed his phone in the closet and focused on the bed. She claims she took the phone and turned it into her local police department and reported the incident to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.

The woman’s lawyer claims that additional women have also stepped forward.

Last month, Jimmie issued a public apology to his estranged wife and children.
