People noted that a trailer for the upcoming episode finds Kendall being asked about her pregnancy in the midst of a confessional.
Her response to the question was described as “coy,” and fans have been losing their minds as they speculate on what is going on. The fanbase appears to be split in terms of their reactions.
Some are wondering if Kendall is really expecting a child while others appear to think it’s just a tease to get fans excited for the next episode. Others are even wondering if the question was in relation to her horse. In November, Page Six reported that her horse was pregnant via surrogate.
Luckily, fans won’t have to wait too long for clarification. The next episode of The Kardashians premieres on June 15.

I feel like it's a joke or they're being deceptive because if she really was pregnant then I feel like it would be everywhere !!!! I think kendall is still deep in her career in modeling so I doubt she is pregnant, but who knows!!! I don't think anyone needs to rush her either !
