Kat Graham Announces Split From Fiance Darren Genet After 1 Year of Engagement

Kat Graham and Darren Genet are going their separate ways.

The 33-year-old The Vampire Diaries star confirmed the news on social media on Wednesday (July 12).

“Hey everyone. After many years together, Darren and I have chosen to no longer be together,” she began.

The actress and the director-producer got engaged in May of 2022.

The couple began dating in 2017 after they met on set, and kept their relationship largely private, only appearing a handful of times at public events. Although Darren Genet worked on The Vampire Diaries, a source since clarified that the couple didn’t meet while producing The CW show.
