Taylor Swift's Appearance at Uno Party Explained, Host Questlove Denies It Was a 'Weed Party'

Taylor Swift spent one of her days off from the Eras Tour at an Uno party this week and her appearance at the event has been explained.

The party was thrown by Oscar winner Questlove, who calls himself the “King of Uno.”

Despite people calling the event a “weed party,” Questlove has spoken out to deny the event revolved around weed.

“I’m the king of @uno. There is none higher. Cole wasn’t there. He got fired. readin ‘lot of gossip of what transpired. Was not a ‘weed party.’ They all liars!!!” Questlove wrote on Instagram.

He added, “I’m always having Movie Night, Food Salons, Jam Sessions, Karaoke Madness anything communal with my peers et al. I am Fun Dude Quest. s/o to @therongcathy & @chethinks @uno for setting up the worlds most awesome card tournament of my dreams. too many friends attended can’t tag you all. thank you for coming. Til the next time we do this!”

Some of the other celebs in attendance included Jason Sudeikis, comedian Mike Birbiglia, SNL‘s Michael Che, and Taylor‘s backup singer Melanie Nyema.

Taylor was seen in a white dress while holding her Uno cards in a photo posted to Questlove‘s Instagram page.

Chef Nikki Steward, who is known for her recipes that use cannabis, was in attendance at the party and it sparked rumors that people may have been using marijuana at the event. Questlove‘s comments have nipped those rumors in the bud.
