Simu Liu Responds to Instagram User Asking If He's Homophobic

Simu Liu is speaking out in response to an Instagram user who asked if he’s homophobic.

The question was asked in the comment section of Simu‘s post about his new single “Don’t.”

“I have a only one question, are u homophobic or not? It depends on your answer whether I will be your fan or not😪🥲,” the commenter said.

Simu wrote back, “definitely and unequivocally NOT. love and acceptance always ❤️🌈.”

Someone asked the commenter why they would even think Simu is homophobic and the person replied, “my friend who told me that my he said something homophobic on twitter🤡.”

Simu is part of the star-studded cast of the new movie Barbie, which is on track to becoming the biggest movie of the year so far. He recently shared a disappointing update on the Shang-Chi sequel.
