Cardi B Reportedly Asked Concert Crowd to 'Splash' Her With Water Amid Microphone Throwing Incident; Fan Files Battery Charges

The microphone throwing incident is just the latest in a string of occurances of fans tossing things at artists on stage. Cardi has been the only one, so far, to retaliate.

In two new reports, it’s been revealed that the fan in question, who tossed the drink in Cardi‘s reaction, has filed a battery charge.

According to USA Today, the “fan filed a police report for battery”, but there have been no arrests of citations issued as of Monday.

In another report, via People, it was revealed that Cardi apparently asked the crowd to “splash her down” with water to cool her down amid the heat.

In a second clip from the show, held at Drai’s Nightclub in Las Vegas, sees Cardi and her DJ both asking the audience to “splash her down.”

“Give me some water,” Cardi first told crew members, before the DJ told the crowd to “splash her down.”

She seemed to be in agreement, saying, “Splash me down. That sh**- feel good. Put that sh** in my p***y, bi***. Come on.” The audience did as she requested too.

While the second clip has more context, it’s not known if the microphone throwing incident came before or after the request.
