Sophia Bush & Grant Hughes Divorcing After 13 Months of Marriage

Sophia Bush and husband Grant Hughes are calling it quits.

On Friday (August 4), the 41-year-old One Tree Hill actress filed for divorce from Grant after 13 months of marriage.

“Sophia and Grant were friends for 10 years and bonded during COVID through their love of community service,” a source close to Sophia and Grant shared with People.

“They continue to run their nonprofit together and remain good friends,” the source added.

Sophia and Grant got married on June 11, 2022 in his home state of Oklahoma.

She just recently celebrated their wedding anniversary, writing in a now-deleted Instagram post, “Today marks 365 days of calling you ‘husband.’ Best decision of my life. It still feels just like this. Ecstatic. Running toward the future, grinning and laughing, together. I love you, my favorite. Happy Anniversary 🤍.”

Sophia was previously married to One Tree Hill co-star Chad Michael Murray in 2005, but they split five months later.

Late last month, it was announced that Sophia was ending her run in the play 2:22 on London’s West End earlier than expected.
