Jen Shah & Elizabeth Holmes Are Reportedly Friends in Prison

Jen Shah and Elizabeth Holmes are allegedly prison pals.

The 49-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum and the 39-year-old disgraced tech exec have reportedly forged a friendship, according to a rep for Jen, via People.

“They’re friends. They’re both rehabilitating and have bonded over being on this journey of positive change,” the rep, Chris Giovanni, told the outlet.

“Their situations brought them together, and they have a good understanding of one another. They’re getting through it together.”

Elizabeth was convicted on fraud charges in January 2022, and was sentenced to 11 years in prison in November. She started her sentence in May at Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, where Jen is serving time after pleading guilty to her role in a telemarketing conspiracy.

Jen has allegedly taken on a motherly role towards Elizabeth, especially after Elizabeth gave birth to a daughter this year.

“Jen’s given her a lot of advice. She’s even met Elizabeth’s baby and held her,” he said, adding she was “very loving” to Elizabeth and the newborn.

Elizabeth is also a regular at the fitness classes that Jen leads, called “Sha-mazing Abs,” according the rep.

“Jen gets all the ladies together and they rally behind her while she teaches them fitness moves, and Elizabeth has been there right along with them,” he adds.

The two have “changed a lot behind bars,” the rep notes.
