According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested on Friday (September 29) and is expected to be indicted later in the day.

Duane has long been tied to the case and made references to being in the car responsible for shooting Tupac in his memoir Compton Street Legend. He has even seemingly alluded to his nephew, Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, being involved in the murder.

THR reported that Duane has been on the radar of investigators for a while now. They conducted a raid on his wife’s home back in July. At the time, it was reported that the raid was connected to Tupac.

Tupac received a posthumous star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame just a few months ago.
