If you don’t know, Len was a former DWTS judge who passed away earlier this year.

“I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was for Sharna Burgess to not be invited for the tribute last night. It’s disappointing as well that none of her ‘family in the ballroom’ stuck up for her or spoke out,” Brian wrote on Instagram. “She’s an incredible soul and has always been a friend to everyone.” He included a hashtag that read, “family sticks together.”

He also captioned the post, “She wasn’t even invited to sit in the stands and watch. Shame on that group of people. Kindness is an action, and so is love ❤️ @cherylburke should have been there as well.” Cheryl Burke, a longtime dancer on the show who exited last year, was also not asked back.

In the comments of his post, Brian also answered a few questions from fans. Eight former pro dancers were invited back, if you didn’t see.
