DJ Suing Taylor Swift Has Case Thrown Out by Judge

A judge has dropped the case against Taylor Swift, filed by the DJ who she accused of groping her.

Former radio host David Mueller had claimed that Taylor‘s groping accusation had led to his firing and was seeking up to $3 million.

The judge ruled that there was not enough evidence to prove that Taylor got him fired and ruined his career.

Taylor is currently in the middle of countersuing the DJ for a symbolic $1 and what she says is a chance to stand up for other women.

Jurors are set to return to the courtroom on Monday to hear closing arguments about the claims that remain.
