The Atomics, the family band made up of hot young stars Lucky Blue Smith, Pyper America Smith, Starlie Smith, and Daisy Clementine Smith, are the Summer 2016 cover stars for Just Jared Spotlight.

The band is prepping for the release of its debut album and some of them have lucrative modeling careers at the same time!

Daisy was signed by Next LA when she was just 14 and it wasn’t long before the agency also signed Pyper and Lucky. The siblings have since been shooting campaigns and walking runways for some of the top fashion brands.

Starlie, the lead vocalist for the band, opened up about how they transitioned from playing surf rock with no vocals to the music they are making now. “Once we learned our instruments more and got better, that’s when I was like, ‘Let’s stop doing the instrumental thing and make our own music. I want to sing.’ So that’s kind of how it happened,” she said.

The band also opened up about what’s coming up for The Atomics, making the move from Utah to Los Angeles, who’s single and who’s taken, and what they love most about living the dream as a family.

Ciara’s definition: Ciara is a military baby proud to be the child of two parents who served our country. She loves cheeseburgers and Southern cuisine.”

Sarah’s definition: “Sarah Paulson is a film, stage, and television actress who is excited and hopeful at this precipice of change in America.”
