Liam Payne and girlfriend Maya Henry were spotted leaving Novikov restaurant after a dinner date out in on Tuesday night (October 15) in London.

The couple headed to their car after grabbing a bite to eat.

During a recent podcast interview with Jessie Wares, Liam opened up about how Maya has turned his life around for the better.

“I remember getting to therapy and the guy was like, ‘What do you like to do?’ I haven’t got a clue. I just lived so long as this reclusive pop star who was afraid of people, who just stayed inside all the time. I needed to stop, definitely. It would have killed me,” Liam shared.

With Maya, he’s now a “happy guy”.

“Sometimes I don’t recognize this happy guy…sure glad you brought him back though.”

During their night out, Maya took to Instagram to share a hot photo of herself and Liam all cuddled up together while kissing.

The 26-year-old musician has opened up in several interviews about how his new relationship with Maya is incredibly important to him.

Chatting with KISS FM, Liam shared that he was “very lucky” for their relationship. “She is really great. I’m very happy right now.”

He added that she brings a since of calm to his life, too: “If someone is going to take a picture, someone is going to do something. The difference is with her, she’s so relaxed that it helps me relax in a situation, rather than being somewhere, and talk about who is watching and what’s going on. People are going to watch whatever. What am I supposed to do? I can’t do anything about it now. It’s too late for that.”

“It’s just been quite nice and just going out. I’ve managed to explore a lot more of London than I ever have actually my life, which has been quite fun. My life has been quite normal recently, which has been a break.”
