During the conversation, the actor opened up about his decision to pass on the role of Dr. Derek Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy, which ultimately went to Patrick Dempsey.

“This is what longevity, experience and recovery give you. There are no accidents. Whatever decision you come to, if you come to it from the right place, it’s never wrong,” he said of his decision to star in the short-lived Dr. Vegas instead.

“Me in that part isn’t as interesting as Patrick in that part. If it’d been me [the fans] wouldn’t have called me ‘McDreamy,’ they would have called me Rob Lowe,” he went on to say.

“Had I done Grey’s, I wouldn’t have been in Parks and Recreation. That alone for me is enough.”

Rob Lowe also got candid about being sober for 30 years.

Rob Lowe Says Prince Harry Has a Ponytail Now

Rob Lowe is making a huge claim about Prince Harry and we need to see a photo STAT!

“He lives about a mile from me,” Rob said during an appearance on The Late Late Show. “He’s been very reclusive. Seeing him in the neighborhood is like seeing the Loch Ness Monster, and I finally saw him. I finally saw him driving his car.”

“It was very, very quick,” he added. “Don’t totally quote me on it, but it looked like he’s wearing a ponytail. I’m just saying. It looked to me, as a casual observer, that his hair had grown very long and was pulled back very tightly by what I can only assume was a ponytail.”

It has been a while since we’ve seen an up-to-date photo or video of Prince Harry. We last saw the Prince in person in early November and you can see those photos right here.
