Roger Federer holds his trophy with pride after winning the Gentlemen’s Singles match during the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships held at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Sunday (July 8) in London, England.

The 30-year-old tennis star won his seventh Wimbledon title!!! He defeated Britain’s Andy Murray 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, and 6-4.

When he won, Roger collapsed on the ground in excitement before quickly getting up to shake Andy‘s hand.

In attendance at the match were Duchess Kate with sister Pippa Middleton, and Victoria and David Beckham.

Rafael Nadal holds longtime girlfriend Maria Perello tight at the ATP World Tour Finals gala held at the Battersea Power Station on Thursday (November 17) in London, England.

The 25-year-old tennis star and his gal were joined at the event by Roger Federer.

The tennis pros attended the event which benefited the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.

“It is very special, I always enjoy playing against Rafa,” Roger said about the upcoming ATP World Tour Finals, which begin this Sunday. If Roger wins, this will mark his sixth title at the event!

Also at the event was Novak Djokovic and his girlfriend Jelena Ristic.

Rafael Nadal beat arch-rival Roger Federer in three sets in Madrid on Wednesday, in the second exhibition series for charity.

The pair faced off in Federer‘s home country for the first of the charity exhibitions Tuesday night – the ‘Match For Africa,’ won by the Swiss in three sets – raising $2.5 million for the Roger Federer Foundation.

Roger Federer enjoys some down time wife Mirka while vacationing in the Mediterranean on Friday (July 9) near Corsica, France.

The couple joined friends on a luxurious yacht and took a dip in the water before hitting the beach to soak in the sun.

Back in January, Federer won the Australian Open but last month, he was knocked out of Wimbledon in the quarterfinals by Czech Republic’s Tomáš Berdych. He fell to World No. 3 in the rankings — the first time in nearly seven years.

Federer, 28, defeated Serra in two tough tie-breaks. “Sure, I still have to tidy up my game a bit, having had one break up in the first and two breaks up in the second; it’s normally something that doesn’t get away from me,” he told the official ATP Tour Web site.

“But the most important [thing] is to come through the rounds, so I don’t have a preference how it’s done,” Federer said. “It’s nice to having won two breakers, because that doesn’t happen every match you play.”

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale cheer on pal Roger Federer at the Indian Wells tennis tournament on Tuesday (March 16) in Indian Wells, Calif.

The happy couple sat right behind Roger‘s wife, Mirka – the three chatted during breaks in the match!

Unfortunately, Roger lost to Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus in three sets, but he’ll hit the court again next week in Miami at the Sony Ericsson tournament!

“It was one of those matches that just happens,” Roger said. “It was a decent match but maybe wrong choices at the wrong time for me.”
