Scott Speedman is rarely ever spotted out and about, but we have some brand new candid photos of the star!

The 45-year-old actor, who is best known for his role as Ben Covington on the beloved series Felicity, was seen walking his dog on Friday afternoon (January 8) in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Scott was joined by a friend while going for the stroll.

It was announced back in October that Scott has joined the upcoming third season of Penn Badgley‘s show You, which will premiere on Netflix at some point in 2021.

Scott will be playing “Matthew, a successful CEO, husband, and uncommunicative father.” His character is described as “reserved, at times mysterious, and has a tendency to be withdrawn, all of which masks a deep well of emotion underneath.”

Deadline reports that the 45-year-old former Animal Kingdom actor will star as Matthew, a successful CEO, husband, and uncommunicative father, in the third season of the thriller series.

Scott will join Penn Badgley, Victoria Pedretti as well as Travis Van Winkle and Shalita Grant in the upcoming season.

You centers on Joe Goldberg (Badgley) as he moves from New York to Los Angeles to escape his past, and starts over with a new identity.

Scott Speedman makes his way out of a restaurant after grabbing a solo lunch on Friday afternoon (May 24) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The 43-year-old actor kept things cool in a navy sweater, tan trousers, and black sneakers while wearing a black backpack as he stepped out for the day to run a few errands around town.

Back in March, Scott attended the screening of his upcoming movie Run This Town at the 2019 SXSW Festival in Texas.

As of right now, the film doesn’t have a wide release date yet.

The 30-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Mena Massoud, Ben Platt, and Scott Speedman.

Scott Speedman has reportedly joined the cast of the Grey’s Anatomy for the current 14th season!

The 42-year-old actor has landed a guest starring role, though it’s not yet known how many episodes he will appear in, according to Deadline.

Scott has starred on TNT’s Animal Kingdom for the first two seasons and the fate of his character was in question at the end of season two. It’s being reported that he is getting ready to exit the series, but will still appear in some episodes of season three.

No details about Scott‘s character are known yet.

Scott Speedman made his first appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday (June 6) and he opened up about the time he swam in Ellen‘s pool without her permission over 20 years ago!

During his first trip to Los Angeles in 1996, Scott was invited to the house for a party thrown by one of Ellen‘s former assistants while she was out of town.

“I learned today that that was what my assistants were doing when I was out of town,” Ellen joked when Scott asked if she was there. “We had a suspicion that that was happening… they’ve been fired long ago.”

Scott also opened up about a 10-day trip he is about to embark on and Ellen joked it will only be fair if she goes swimming in his pool while he is gone!

Former co-stars Keri Russell and Scott Speedman both stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday (May 30) and were asked about a possible reboot similar to Gilmore Girls on Netflix.

“I would do it, [but] some people are on really high-class shows,” Scott joked as Keri laughed. “I’ll do it in a heartbeat. I’ll be on Lifetime in no time!”

Scott also revealed that he was a “disaster” of a real-life boyfriend to Keri when they dated back in the late 90s.

Felicity aired for four seasons between 1998 and 2002 on The WB (now The CW).
