A writer from The Witcher is facing backlash online.
On Friday (July 28), writer and executive producer Javier Grillo-Marxuach tweeted about the Netflix’s series latest episodes, which some of his fellow writers interpreted as him crossing the picket line.
He subsequently issued an apology on social media, though noted that his initial post did not technically violate the WGA’s strike rules.

Netflix has released the final trailer for The Witcher season 3 volume 2.
On Monday (July 24), the streamer shared a new teaser for the final three episodes of the season, which are set to premiere this Thursday (July 27).
In the trailer, Geralt (Henry Cavill), Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) and Ciri (Freya Allan) as they prepare for the season’s final battle.
