United Airlines Changes Policies Following Airplane Incident

United Airlines just announced that they are changing their customer policies following the recent airplane incident that turned violent.

The changes stem from 69-year-old doctor David Dao being forcefully removed from a plane to accommodate for airline personnel.

According to TMZ, United now says that they will no longer bump passengers that have already been seated in order to accommodate airline employees.

The airline also explained that crews traveling on the airline must be “booked at least 60 minutes prior to departure.”

Several internal emails at the company also offered apologies for the situation, saying, “No one should ever be mistreated this way…The world saw us in a bad moment.”
