Kristen Bell‘s show Veronica Mars announced today that if fans could help raise money on Kickstarter, a film version of the TV show would happen.
Well, fans have broken Kickstarter records, and only have a bit more to go to make the two million dollar goal!
“GUYS!! #VERONICAMARSMOVIE just beat @kickstarter record! 1 million in 4 hours!!! you guys are amazing!!!!!” Kristen tweeted today.
“A two million dollar fundraising total probably means cross words are exchanged at the class reunion. Three million? We can afford a full-on brawl. Ten million? Who knows…” Rob Thomas, creator of the series, wrote on Kickstarter.
