Christian Slater Joins NBC Series

Christian Slater is said to be joining a TV series with NBC, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The new series comes from writer Jason Smilovic (Bionic Woman) and is being touted as a mix of The Bourne Identity and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Slater, 38, will play a mild-mannered suburban dad who learns that his alter ego is a spy.

This will be Christian‘s first TV series but he’s had guest arcs on NBC’s The West Wing and ABC’s Alias.
