Jude Law Coming To Broadway
Jude Law will bring Donmar Warehouse production of Shakespeare’s Hamlet to Broadway for a 12-week engagement at the Broadhurst Theater in New York City beginning September 12.
The 36-year-old actor returns to the New York stage for the first time since 1995 when he made his Tony Award-nominated debut in Jean Cocteau‘s Indiscretions.
The play will finish its sold out run in London on August 22 and then head to Elsinore Castle in Denmark, where the play is set. Following that short run, the play moves to New York where previews begin September 12 and officially opens on October 6.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public July 18.
