OlderGwyneth Paltrow Heads To Heathrow
Gwyneth Paltrow hides from the bright flashes as she departs Heathrow Airport on Wednesday (March 9) in London, England.
The 37-year-old actress encouraged all of her readers to get some more sleep for the benefit of their bodies in her latest GOOP newsletter. “Basically everyone I know is knackered, me included. But I didn’t imagine that there could be health problems associated with not getting a good night’s rest,” Gwyn said.
“I recently read a book called Light’s Out: Sleep, Sugar and Survival by T.S. Wiley which talks about the negative cumulative effects of sleep deprivation (aging, hormonal imbalances, etc.) I asked one of my doctors, Frank Lipman, for his opinion on the subject and the result is the fascinating piece below, followed by some suggestions on ways to sleep better.”

She’s right, I do need some shut-eye. Hey, maybe I’ll go see the Bounty Hunter (that stupid ad pops-up every time I come to JJ). That movie ought to be good for an hour or two of sleep.

I don’t think it’s just the flash. I think she’s trying to hid. Unfortunately, it makes the paps more likely to take her photos. She is not much of a draw when she acts normal.

Gwyn reminds me of a slightly younger version of Sissy Spacek.
@SHO: Agree, it’s not necessary to see her every day, but at least she seems to work unlike a lot of the ones who receive daily coverage on this site.
