Rihanna is Really Smart, Says Melina Matsoukas

Rihanna stays incognito with a hooded sweater and shades as she arrives at her hotel in Dublin, Ireland on Friday (May 21).

Melina Matsoukas is the director who recently helmed Rihanna‘s “Hard”, “Rude Boy” and “Rockstar 101″ music videos. She recently said in an interview, “She’s definitely really smart with her ideas and creative and she gets it. I think that’s the thing with all of those three. I have very similar taste, so we’re able to collaborate on ideas. And it’s not like a competition or we’re battling each other, and that makes it fun.”

Tomorrow, Rihanna is playing her “Last Girl on Earth” concert at The O2 in Dublin.
