Eminem's Recovery is Top Album of 2010

Eminem‘s Recovery LP was officially named as 2010′s best-selling album of the year, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The 38-year-old rapper sold 3.42 million copies and beat out Lady Antebellum‘s Need You Now album.

This is the second time that Em took the top spot. Back in 2002, his album The Eminem Show sold 7.61 million copies.

As for individual songs, Eminem‘s collaboration with Rihanna for “Love the Way You Lie” nabbed the third spot for the most popular song of 2010. Katy Perry‘s “California Girls” took the top spot with 4.4 million tracks sold according to THR.
