Miranda Kerr is all smiles while out on Thursday (February 16) in Sydney, Australia.
The day before, the 28-year-old model hit the runway for the David Jones Autumn/Winter 2012 season launch.
Celeb trainer Andie Hecker recently revealed how Miranda got back into tip-top shape after giving birth to Flynn.
“[Ballet Bodies is] actually a workout that utilizes true ballet fundamentals placed atop Pilates, traditional personal training, and various cardiovascular activities such as jumping and kicking,” she told FitSugar, which provides a step by step for four arm-strengthening workouts.

The supposed lies posted on that idiot hater site are nothing but twisted statements. They use rumors to claim that she lies, when they themselves do nothing BUT lie and spread hate.

She has not been caught into any lies. What is former fan talking about? Why would anybody believe the haters on Delphi who spread lies about Miranda? That board is full of hateful people who spread lies about Miranda and her family. Miranda is a sweet person who does not deserve any of the hatred that the Delphi people spread. They can’t seem to accept that she is beautiful, successful, has a loving husband who loves her and she loves him and that she loves her son. She is very supportive to Orlando because she goes to support him and he joins her when she does her shoots to support her. They are my favorite celebrity couple. Always loving and supportive of each other. He’s handsome and she’s beautiful and Flynn is the cutest baby.
