Prince William Returns Home After Deployment

Prince William is home after completing a 7-week deployment.

The 29-year-old royal was picked up at the airbase by his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton).

“The Duke of Cambridge returned to the U.K. this morning following completion of a routine operational deployment in the Falkland Islands as part of a four man Search and Rescue crew. He will now have a brief period of leave before resuming Search and Rescue duties from RAF Valley shortly,” an official statement read (via People).

Wills will have a few days off to spend with his family before reporting for duty at his airbase in Anglesey, North Wales.
