Pregnant Kate Middleton Leaves Hospital with Prince William!

Prince William and his pregnant wife Kate Middleton are all smiles as they pose for photographs outside of the King Edward VII Private Hospital on Thursday (December 6) in London, England.

The 30-year-old Duke of Cambridge picked up Kate, who is expecting her first child, from the hospital after being diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a horrible form of morning sickness.
