The night before, the 39-year-old Project Runway host was seen wearing a lei necklace while arriving on a flight at LAX Airport.

This might sound a little crazy but I think that Leni actually looks a lot more like Martin than like Flavio Briatore…the eyes, mouth and ears – but it can’t be can it…haha.
