Allison Williams Covers 'Town & Country' April 2013

Allison Williams hits the red carpet at the premiere of the new film Girl Rising on Wednesday (March 6) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress is currently featured on the cover of Town & Country‘s April 2013 issue, which hits newsstands March 12. Here is what she had to share with the mag:

On feeling pressure to succeed on her own merits despite her famous father: “It is apparent to anyone that there are fewer steps between me and Hollywood than there are for the average person. But at some point you are asked to stand and deliver, and people can be pretty ruthless in their judgment toward people like me… I operate with this sense of needing to live up to what I am asking of people. I am, by far, my own worst critic.”

On her notoriously conservative sense of style: “I have a goal, which is that I don’t ever want to look back on something I wore and think, ‘Oh my God, what was I thinking?’ That feeling is much scarier than looking back and thinking, ‘Oh, I took myself so seriously. I’m so buttoned up.’”

FYI: Allison is wearing head-to-toe Dior with Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry at the premiere.

my best friend’s ex-wife makes $78 hourly on the computer. She has been fired from work for seven months but last month her pay was $16728 just working on the computer for a few hours. Read more on this site… http://www.snag4.cℴm

It’s like she’s too afraid to have a personality or something. Lighten up!

Easily the weakest link acting-wise in the Girls cast. Don’t bother practicing your Emmy/Oscar acceptance speech.

# 6

I think she is a sweet girl, but too scared to let loose to create something deep and meaningful. I don’t think she could ever dip into an emotional Memory in order to really shine as an actress, because all the memories she makes are calculated and lack Passion.

she has a gigantic head and really looks JUST like her dad! so glad he’s not out there auditioning for her anymore!

@J: She does!

shes a horrible actress.

I do get the envy, t’s true that she has all the connections… blah
but give the girl a break, she plays her part at girls beautifully, it’s her role to be kind of stiff – how do you know if she can’t play differently too?
she’s by far the prettiest on the show, which by all means is not difficult to beat, but she really has that elegant, classy Jennifer Connelly kind of look.
those magazine pics are not flattering and she should choose a better stylist. she is a beauty, but needs someone who shows off her best sides…
