Matt Lauer Does Pamela Anderson's 'Baywatch' Character for Halloween!

Matt Lauer shows off his Baywatch best for Halloween as Pamela Anderson on the Today show on Thursday (October 31) in New York City.

Also in costumes were Al Roker as Mr. T, Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb as Wilma and Betty from The Flinstones, Savannah Guthrie and Natalie Morales as Laverne and Shirley, special guest Erik Estrada with Carson Daly as CHiPs characters, and Carmen Electra, who made a cameo as her Baywatch character.

“Who wore it best– @MLauer or Pamela Anderson?” the Today show tweeted that morning, along with a side by side pic of Matt and Pam. LOL!
