Shia LaBeouf Charged with Disorderly Conduct & Criminal Trespassing After Arrest
Shia LaBeouf has officially been charged with a crime after being arrested at a performance of the Broadway show Cabaret on Thursday (June 25) in New York City.
The 28-year-old actor was charged with “two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing” after smoking during the show and allegedly disrupting the performance by yelling and hitting other audience members.
Shia was asked to leave the theater, but the cops had to intervene when he refused. He then threatened the NYPD and other people on the sidewalk outside the theater, according to ABC News.
After he was taken to the precinct, Shia reportedly was about to get his handcuffs taken off when he threatened the cops and start spitting at them, which got himself placed in a face mask.
