Tokio Hotel Call for Boycott of Venue That Restricted Their 'Creative Freedom'

Tokio Hotel‘s Bill and Tom Kaulitz step out of their hotel with their dogs in tow on Monday (March 23) in Berlin, Germany.

The singers recently played a venue in town and were NOT pleased with the way their “creative freedom” was restricted.

“Amazing show – worst venue ever! Heimathafen Neukoelln sucks! Christoph Wuest and Florian Kroeckel restricted our creative freedom and tried to manipulate our show. We almost had to cancel… Let’s boycott the Heimathafen and show them want it means to f–k with the ‪#‎aliens‬,” they posted on their Facebook account, calling out the venue.

Anyway, the tour is going well, everyone is happy with the concerts and m&gs and I find it more interesting to write about than some feud with two guys who are pretty unknown to people anyway. ;)

douchebags – those little brats knew they couldn’t use their lights. To call the people personally out is a dick move and I hope they take legal action against this slander. TH’s fan base is the worst and most of those people are delusional psychos

  • Tokio Hotel Malaysia

I do agree with this, it was unprofessional of them. However, not all the fans are that bad. There are some pretty cool ones. :-)

  • Sarah-Julia Karbowniczek

that’s why I said most and not all.

I get it when you are a fan of someone, but a lot of those so-called fans take it personal if you critize their favorit bands/acts and act really stupid. And a band shouldn’t use their influence on such an unimportant matter.

  • Eva

Even more unprofessional is for a venue to preparing shitty backline and lights. TH paid for job well done, so it was a duty of those douchebags (and no, I’m not talking about TH) to do it. They took money for it!

  • Eva

Well, concerts aren’t exactly “unimportant matter”, that’s first. Second, owners of venue got rider so they knew what TH need. The only unprofessional douchebags ar them in this situation.

  • Sarah-Julia Karbowniczek

and that’s why some people simply shouldn’t have access to the internet…because the don’t know their head from their ass

  • Eva

And you are a great example of a person who knows exactly nothing but is always eager to voice their opinion. Just get lost, ok?

  • ALSchiffer

Idk if its the browser I am using or what but can someone please explain what happened? All it says is that the people tried to restrict TH but theres no details on how or what?
