Hilary Duff just chopped of her luscious blonde locks and debuted a gorgeous bob!

The 28-year-old actress debuted her new hairdo on her Instagram on Saturday evening (December 19).

“Soooo it’s pretty short. Thank you @cynthiavanis chopping😘,” she posted.

With the help of her hairstylist Cynthia Vanis, Hil styled her new bob to frame her gorgeous face perfectly! Cynthia also shared a picture of Hilary on her Instagram and thanked her for allowing her to experiment with her hairstyle.
