Alexander Skarsgard Wanted To Channel Farrah Fawcett In Drag

Alexander Skarsgard keeps it cool and casual as he makes his way through John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday (June 29) in New York City.

That same evening, the 39-year-old actor’s appearance on CONAN was aired where he promoted his latest film Tarzan and talked about going in full drag for the premiere of The Diary Of a Teenage Girl back in August.

“The first A.D on that movie was Cousin Wonderlette, a legendary drag queen in San Francisco,” Alexander revealed to Conan. “She was hosting [the premiere] with all her drag queen friends, and there was just something about the excitement about getting ready for the premiere as I was sitting there with my gray suit. They were talking about their wigs and their dresses and everything and I felt left out. So I asked Cousin, ‘Can I play? Can I be a part of this?’ She said ‘yes’ and asked who I wanted to be and I said Farrah Fawcett.”
