Amber Heard Files Documents Accusing Johnny Depp of Stalling Divorce

Amber Heard just filed legal documents against Johnny Depp for allegedly stalling their divorce proceedings on purpose.

The 30-year-old actress says in the papers (obtained by TMZ) that Johnny, 53, has refused to provide financial documents necessary to settle their divorce. Johnny has said he wants Amber to sign a non-disclosure agreement before providing any documents because of the amount of leaks that have happened. Amber doesn’t want to sign the non-disclosure because there’s a $100k fine associated with any leaks.

Another issue at hand is Amber‘s deposition date. Johnny‘s team wants to depose Amber when she is scheduled to be shooting Justice League in London. She’s proposed flying back on Saturdays to get the deposition done, but Johnny‘s team does not want to work on the weekend.
